What the platform processes
PRESTKA processes business data on behalf of its customers, who remain the controllers under the GDPR: names and contact details of staff and suppliers, event information, attached documents.
Isolation and encryption
Every customer gets an isolated database. Sensitive data is encrypted, and notification recipients are never stored in the clear.
Retention and reversibility
Data can be exported on request and is erased thirty days after the contract ends.
